Leads no one can buy their way to the front of.

InjuryClaimGuide is a paid advertising channel for personal injury firms in Texas. Someone who was hurt completes an intake on our site, sees your firm named above the consent block before agreeing to anything, and verifies their email address. Only then does the packet reach you. You run your own intake and decide whether to engage the person; we are never part of the attorney-client relationship.

Matching is wholly automated

Every firm that receives a packet was selected by software, from four inputs and nothing else. We do not curate the list, we cannot be persuaded to move a firm up it, and there is no placement to sell.

What the matcher reads

Geography — the incident state, then distance from the firm in fixed bands (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 200 miles, then statewide).
Practice area — whether the case type is one your firm listed.
Language — whether your intake staff covers the language the person asked for.
Your declared capacity — see below; you set it and you can change it.

What the matcher never reads

What you pay us. The fee is the same for every firm and does not move your position.
How many cases you have signed, or whether any past lead converted. We never ask, and firms do not report it back to us.
Any rating, tier, or quality score of your firm. None exists in the routing path.
How long you have been a customer, or anything a salesperson could promise you.

Order within a tier

When several eligible firms sit in the same distance band with the same practice-area and language match, the order among them comes from a hash of the case's own details and your firm's id. It shuffles from one lead to the next, there is no queue to be at the front of, and nothing about your account changes it. Between two and five firms receive any given packet, and the packet names the other recipients — you always know who else has it.

Why this protects your firm, not just ours

Texas Professional Ethics Committee Opinion 573 permits a lawyer to pay a lead-generation service when the service is not making referrals — which requires matching to be wholly automated, without the exercise of any discretion. A service that ranks, vets, or recommends firms is doing something else, and the firm paying it is the one exposed under Texas Disciplinary Rule 7.03(e). Automated matching is what keeps your payments to us ordinary advertising expense. We built the routing function to use only the four inputs above, and we keep a test in our build that reads the database function's source and fails the build if a quality, performance, or bar-status signal ever appears in it. It is a structural constraint, not a policy we could quietly relax.

What actually arrives

One email per lead, to the address you designate. It contains:

Contact details — name, email, preferred language, and the phone number when the person provided one and their consent covers phone contact.
The case — type, city and state, accident date, injury severity, how long ago it happened, whether they have sought care, whether the injury was reported, injury types, and whether a police report was filed.
Reported evidence — photos, medical records, a police report, witness information, and so on, as the person described it. Reported, not verified by us; we do not check any of it.
Their narrative, in their own words, unedited.
The consent record — the version of the consent text they accepted, the timestamp, and hashed IP and user-agent, so your file shows what was agreed to and when.
The other firms that received the same packet, by name.

Nothing is sent on trust

A submitted intake is not a lead. We email the person a verification link and hold everything until they click it — an address that was mistyped, borrowed, or entered by someone else never becomes a packet. Verification then starts a one-hour hold before delivery, and during that hour they can still cancel. If they do, no firm ever sees it. What reaches you is a person who typed their situation, read your firm's name, consented, confirmed control of the address, and did not change their mind.

You set the volume

Every firm declares a capacity — the number of leads it is willing to take across a rolling seven-day window. We count what we have sent you in the last seven days, and when that count reaches your figure the matcher stops considering your firm entirely. You are not sent an apologetic overflow, and you are not billed for anything you did not receive. As the window rolls forward and older leads age out, your firm becomes eligible again on its own. Change the figure whenever you like, including to zero for a week you cannot staff.

What it costs

A flat fee per delivered lead — pricing on request, and the fee for a lead is fixed before it is sent and shown on the packet itself.
Payable on delivery. Not contingent on signing the client, on retention, or on any recovery. We are paid the same whether the case is worth nothing or settles for millions.
Invoiced weekly, Net 15.
No subscription, no monthly minimum, no exclusivity, no contract lock-in. Pause or cancel any month.
No signup bonus, no success fee, no percentage of any fee. Ever.
You never report outcomes to us. The only feedback we want is what you would like more or less of.

What you agree to

Short list, and every packet repeats it:

Label your first written contact "ADVERTISEMENT", in the subject line or the first sentence, per Texas Disciplinary Rule 7.03(d)(2).
Do not resell, sub-distribute, or aggregate the lead. It was sent to you, for your firm.
Do not state or imply that InjuryClaimGuide recommended you, vetted you, or analyzed the person's case. We did none of those things, and saying we did is what would turn this into a referral.

How to apply

There is no online form yet, and we would rather answer your questions than have you fill one out. Write to us and a person replies — usually within 24 to 48 hours — with the two-page firm agreement, a sample lead packet so you can see exactly what you would be buying, and the current fee schedule.

What we'll ask you for

A signed ICG Firm Agreement — two pages, month-to-month, no minimums, with a state bar good-standing warranty.
Your practice areas, the Texas counties you want leads from, and the languages your intake staff covers.
A capacity figure, which you can change at any time.
The email address the packets should go to.
